Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to book an appointment in advance?

We recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time and therapist, especially on weekends and evenings. You’re welcome to call your local Lee Massage & Acupuncture clinic or book online any time.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Loose, comfortable clothing is best. For remedial or deep tissue massage, you may be asked to undress to your comfort level; you’ll always be professionally draped and your privacy respected throughout the treatment.

How early should I arrive before my session?

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time to complete a brief health form (for new clients) and settle in, so your full treatment time can be spent on your massage.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, so we can offer the time to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee – please contact your clinic directly for details.

Do you accept health fund rebates?

Many of our remedial massage and acupuncture services are eligible for private health insurance rebates. Please bring your health fund card so we can process on-the-spot claims where available, or check with your provider beforehand.

Is massage suitable during pregnancy or if I have an injury?

Yes, we offer pregnancy-safe massage techniques, and our therapists tailor each treatment to your needs. Please let us know about any injuries, pain, pregnancy, or medical conditions when booking or at the start of your session so we can adjust the treatment accordingly.

I’m returning customer to Lee’s massage and have tried a few different treatments over the few years. I highly recommend as all of the staff are always very professional, listen to what area you would like to focus on and I always walk out feeling amazing! This would be the best massage place on the Northern Beaches!

I have visited Lee Massage at other locations before, and this was my first time at the Warringah Shopping Centre branch. The experience was excellent. Anne was very professional and clearly understood where my pain points were. She adjusted the treatment perfectly and provided real relief. Highly recommend her

I’ve been a regular here for three years, and it’s hands-down the best Chinese massage in the area. They really understand pressure points and traditional techniques—I always leave feeling completely aligned and tension-free.
