Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to book an appointment in advance?

We recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time and therapist, especially on weekends and evenings. You’re welcome to call your local Lee Massage & Acupuncture clinic or book online any time.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Loose, comfortable clothing is best. For remedial or deep tissue massage, you may be asked to undress to your comfort level; you’ll always be professionally draped and your privacy respected throughout the treatment.

How early should I arrive before my session?

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time to complete a brief health form (for new clients) and settle in, so your full treatment time can be spent on your massage.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, so we can offer the time to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee – please contact your clinic directly for details.

Do you accept health fund rebates?

Many of our remedial massage and acupuncture services are eligible for private health insurance rebates. Please bring your health fund card so we can process on-the-spot claims where available, or check with your provider beforehand.

Is massage suitable during pregnancy or if I have an injury?

Yes, we offer pregnancy-safe massage techniques, and our therapists tailor each treatment to your needs. Please let us know about any injuries, pain, pregnancy, or medical conditions when booking or at the start of your session so we can adjust the treatment accordingly.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve been coming to Lee massage a couple times a year now and I cannot recommend them enough! They are amazing . I’ve always had an amazing experience each and every time. Today I went for a 90 minute deep tissue massage with red light therapy, hot stones and a foot mask and it was absolutely amazing ! I’ve been having terrible hip pain these last few weeks and they helped me so much with my stiff joints. They even gave me a nice hot tea afterwards . Lee massage is so relaxing and therapeutic! Thanks so much!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I booked the 90-minute Luxury Remedial Massage package, and it was one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating treatments I’ve ever had. The session included reflexology, hot stone therapy, cupping, a pain relief patch, and essential oils—all perfectly balanced to target tension and stress. The reflexology was deeply soothing and helped reset my whole body. The hot stones melted away muscle tightness, while the cupping gave a noticeable release in areas that always feel sore. The essential oils added a calming aroma that made the whole experience even more tranquil. By the end, I felt completely refreshed, lighter, and genuinely re-energized. The environment was peaceful, the therapist named Double was professional and attentive, and every detail was thoughtfully done. For the value, this package is absolutely worth it. It was recommend it to anyone needing full-body care and deep relaxation.
