Do I need to book an appointment in advance?

We recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time and therapist, especially on weekends and evenings. You’re welcome to call your local Lee Massage & Acupuncture clinic or book online any time.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Loose, comfortable clothing is best. For remedial or deep tissue massage, you may be asked to undress to your comfort level; you’ll always be professionally draped and your privacy respected throughout the treatment.

How early should I arrive before my session?

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time to complete a brief health form (for new clients) and settle in, so your full treatment time can be spent on your massage.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, so we can offer the time to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee – please contact your clinic directly for details.

Do you accept health fund rebates?

Many of our remedial massage and acupuncture services are eligible for private health insurance rebates. Please bring your health fund card so we can process on-the-spot claims where available, or check with your provider beforehand.

Is massage suitable during pregnancy or if I have an injury?

Yes, we offer pregnancy-safe massage techniques, and our therapists tailor each treatment to your needs. Please let us know about any injuries, pain, pregnancy, or medical conditions when booking or at the start of your session so we can adjust the treatment accordingly.

Today I had a massage by Chatrina who did a fantastic job making my neck and back muscles relax which had been giving me grief of late. I had sciatica pain for the last 5 days and it wasn't going away and I was limping and couldn't walk properly. They recommended massage and acupuncture. First time acupuncture for me and was a little nervous. Haly did an amazing job, and  I am now walking around without a limp and feels amazing. Fantastic, warm, comfortable, good pressure, I had the 90 minutes with foot mask, cupping, massage and hot stones.

I've only had 4 massages in my entire life besides regular physio, so I felt a bit shy, but in minutes I was comfortable. Everything was professional. My only small suggestion would be for less repetitive music.

With having a few autoimmune conditions and C-PTSD my body is like a rock with a lot of pain especially in my lower neck, sides of thighs, calves and feet. Normally nothing removes the pain. I thought the time I picked was a great idea of you're like me as you'll enjoy every minute.

The results were impressive with my feet like silk after the foot mask, very relaxed feet and back. The cupping was my first time and I really enjoyed it, not painful at all. My favourite was the hot stones, the massage on my legs felt amazing, and loved the feeling on my arms and hands.

I had a wonderful spa experience and would especially like to highlight Haley. She is truly exceptional at what she does. The massage was perfectly tailored — the temperature, pressure, and focus areas were exactly right. She checked in regularly to make sure everything felt comfortable, but in such a natural and unobtrusive way that it never interrupted the relaxation.

Haley has an incredible sense for what the body needs, and the result was deeply relaxing and effective. The location itself is beautiful, and the entire team was warm, welcoming, and professional.

Hi guys & gal's.
My first appointment worthy these guys, got a massage, acupuncture and cups. Ayden knows what he is doing.
I told him where it hurts and he worked on that first.
Never had acupuncture before, it was painless and 15 minutes into it, I could feel something happening to the muscles in my back, can't explain it, but it was awesome.
10/10 would recommend a visit to these guys.
I am a little sore now due to the deep tissue massage, so I know it was a good one. Tomorrow I'll feel amazing.
