Do I need to book an appointment in advance?

We recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time and therapist, especially on weekends and evenings. You’re welcome to call your local Lee Massage & Acupuncture clinic or book online any time.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Loose, comfortable clothing is best. For remedial or deep tissue massage, you may be asked to undress to your comfort level; you’ll always be professionally draped and your privacy respected throughout the treatment.

How early should I arrive before my session?

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time to complete a brief health form (for new clients) and settle in, so your full treatment time can be spent on your massage.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, so we can offer the time to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee – please contact your clinic directly for details.

Do you accept health fund rebates?

Many of our remedial massage and acupuncture services are eligible for private health insurance rebates. Please bring your health fund card so we can process on-the-spot claims where available, or check with your provider beforehand.

Is massage suitable during pregnancy or if I have an injury?

Yes, we offer pregnancy-safe massage techniques, and our therapists tailor each treatment to your needs. Please let us know about any injuries, pain, pregnancy, or medical conditions when booking or at the start of your session so we can adjust the treatment accordingly.

I have moved into St Ives two years ago, and the only place I've been going for massage, only a handful of times, was Lee Massage and Acupuncture in St Ives. They have been incredible. I always had different therapists, and they are all very, very good.

Today I had a massage with Cesar, and he is incredible. He also does acupuncture. I didn't do that, but I did deep tissue massage with him because of a lower back problem. I'm pleased to say that I'm walking normally without any pain. I have booked again for tomorrow, and I'm looking forward to it.
Highly recommend this place, they always look after me with a smile on their face. Time to lock monthly massages.

He clearly knows what he is doing and really helped remove my lower back pain. I have had weekly deep tissue massages for 20 years and was visiting a friend here.
