Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to book an appointment in advance?

We recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time and therapist, especially on weekends and evenings. You’re welcome to call your local Lee Massage & Acupuncture clinic or book online any time.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Loose, comfortable clothing is best. For remedial or deep tissue massage, you may be asked to undress to your comfort level; you’ll always be professionally draped and your privacy respected throughout the treatment.

How early should I arrive before my session?

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time to complete a brief health form (for new clients) and settle in, so your full treatment time can be spent on your massage.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, so we can offer the time to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee – please contact your clinic directly for details.

Do you accept health fund rebates?

Many of our remedial massage and acupuncture services are eligible for private health insurance rebates. Please bring your health fund card so we can process on-the-spot claims where available, or check with your provider beforehand.

Is massage suitable during pregnancy or if I have an injury?

Yes, we offer pregnancy-safe massage techniques, and our therapists tailor each treatment to your needs. Please let us know about any injuries, pain, pregnancy, or medical conditions when booking or at the start of your session so we can adjust the treatment accordingly.

Great service staff I booked over the phone earlier in the day I went in forgot I had booked I asked if there were any spots available and she said ahe would contact the booking if they're still coming for their booking, she called and my phone rang 😂
So I wasn't just a number to get in the door. They were amazing from the Receptionist to the masseuse I even forgot my glasses they reached out and said they would leave it im the draw went the following day with even asking the lady said your here to pick up your glasses

Oh my gosh, the best massage I’ve ever had. I did the 90 min package and wow worth every dollar !!!! The staff were so lovely the lady who did my massage was Annie I believe and she was amazing, so kind asked me if the pressure was okay and checked in with me every now and again to make sure I was enjoying the massage which I really appreciate. I also have a bulging disc injury and they made sure to not irritate or hurt the injury. The room was so calming with nice music playing and nice Mood lighting - and super clean and tidy of course. So amazing could not recommend it more!!! I will definitely be back!

Friendly service and excellent massages. Especially Jasmine and Joanne. Body always feels so much better after treatment and even with deep tissue come out feeling relaxed. Thank you!

Just updating, seriously good massages here. I am specific with what I want and even give feedback during the massage which the masseuses are great at accommodating. I've had really sore/tense shoulders seems like all year and asked for deep deep work here and some other areas as well and my body feels better than it has in ages even 4 days later, it really worked.

Thank you Lee Massage Kirrawee!

I had a great experience at Lee Massage Kirrawee. The staff were professional, welcoming, and really attentive to my needs. The massage was incredibly relaxing and helped ease a lot of tension in my back and shoulders. Clean space, great service, and fair prices — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Friendly service, peaceful and clean.

I had a bad knot in my neck and always have lower back pain. I did just the pure acupuncture so I could see the difference between a massage.

Feeling relaxed 😎
