Do I need to book an appointment in advance?

We recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time and therapist, especially on weekends and evenings. You’re welcome to call your local Lee Massage & Acupuncture clinic or book online any time.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Loose, comfortable clothing is best. For remedial or deep tissue massage, you may be asked to undress to your comfort level; you’ll always be professionally draped and your privacy respected throughout the treatment.

How early should I arrive before my session?

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time to complete a brief health form (for new clients) and settle in, so your full treatment time can be spent on your massage.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, so we can offer the time to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee – please contact your clinic directly for details.

Do you accept health fund rebates?

Many of our remedial massage and acupuncture services are eligible for private health insurance rebates. Please bring your health fund card so we can process on-the-spot claims where available, or check with your provider beforehand.

Is massage suitable during pregnancy or if I have an injury?

Yes, we offer pregnancy-safe massage techniques, and our therapists tailor each treatment to your needs. Please let us know about any injuries, pain, pregnancy, or medical conditions when booking or at the start of your session so we can adjust the treatment accordingly.

The second massage was incredibly calming and relaxing. Cara made me feel safe, comfortable and listened to, and I left feeling like my nervous system had completely reset. I’ve been coming to Lee Massage & Acupuncture since 2011, originally because I was suffering from chronic headaches. I had tried everything, and this was the only thing that genuinely helped. Since then, I’ve been a regular for everything from achy muscles and relaxation to migraines, reflexology and herbal teas, you name it. Every single person is fantastic at what they do, and I always leave feeling so much better than when I walked in. I had a really great experience at Lee Massage & Acupuncture. I decided to try both the acupuncture and massage, and I could genuinely feel a noticeable difference afterwards. The treatment was thorough, relaxing, and clearly done by someone experienced. The massage helped relieve a lot of built-up tension, and the acupuncture complemented it perfectly—I felt more balanced and less tight almost immediately. The environment was calm and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something that actually makes a difference, not just a quick fix.
