Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to book an appointment in advance?

We recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time and therapist, especially on weekends and evenings. You’re welcome to call your local Lee Massage & Acupuncture clinic or book online any time.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Loose, comfortable clothing is best. For remedial or deep tissue massage, you may be asked to undress to your comfort level; you’ll always be professionally draped and your privacy respected throughout the treatment.

How early should I arrive before my session?

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time to complete a brief health form (for new clients) and settle in, so your full treatment time can be spent on your massage.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, so we can offer the time to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee – please contact your clinic directly for details.

Do you accept health fund rebates?

Many of our remedial massage and acupuncture services are eligible for private health insurance rebates. Please bring your health fund card so we can process on-the-spot claims where available, or check with your provider beforehand.

Is massage suitable during pregnancy or if I have an injury?

Yes, we offer pregnancy-safe massage techniques, and our therapists tailor each treatment to your needs. Please let us know about any injuries, pain, pregnancy, or medical conditions when booking or at the start of your session so we can adjust the treatment accordingly.

Wow wow. I had the most amazing massage today. I'm so impressed by the quality of massage treatment and movements. The whole experience reminded me of a similar massage in Bali at a resort! Being in a shopping centre I totally didn't expect such a good experience but I'm glad I tried them today. I went for the Special which included hot stone and foot mask. The hot stone was very good and relaxing. My only comment is that the space isn't sound proof and you can hear other guests but it's not a deal breaker. I'd definitely come back for more massages!

A huge appreciation shout out to Janet. I arrived in the region for a work contract, tight, mobility restricted and deeply concerned about my posture. Janet listened to my concerns, understood my lifestyle and fitness regime. She identified areas which needed attention and made me feel so at ease and at the centre of the consult. Magic Hands! Strong Hands! I have booked 90 mins 3 weeks in a row, and will continue to book with her. I literally feel a decade younger, free from pain, aches and stress. The very BEST in the region. Thank You

My old place was saved after working overtime! The masseuse was skillful, focusing on the stagnation in the shoulders and neck, and the deep pressure was so comfortable that I almost didn't say a word the whole time, fully immersing myself in the massage. The store also provides hot towels and health-preserving tea, which are very detailed! I have already recommended it to my colleagues~

During the Christmas season, despite the hustle and bustle at Rouse Hill Town Centre, this small shop maintains its exceptional massage quality. The staff remain patient and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere that feels like home. Janet continues to greet customers with the same warmth, ensuring a soothing and relaxing experience even amidst the festive chaos.

The staff was very friendly and the customer service was really good. I really enjoyed the massage and it helped with my back ache. The receptionist was very nice to me and I would recommend the service for all age groups. My mother also commented on how nice the receptionist was. She was very patience with the her, and another bonus is that the receptionist who attended to us understood Chinese as well as english.
