Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to book an appointment in advance?

We recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time and therapist, especially on weekends and evenings. You’re welcome to call your local Lee Massage & Acupuncture clinic or book online any time.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Loose, comfortable clothing is best. For remedial or deep tissue massage, you may be asked to undress to your comfort level; you’ll always be professionally draped and your privacy respected throughout the treatment.

How early should I arrive before my session?

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time to complete a brief health form (for new clients) and settle in, so your full treatment time can be spent on your massage.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, so we can offer the time to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee – please contact your clinic directly for details.

Do you accept health fund rebates?

Many of our remedial massage and acupuncture services are eligible for private health insurance rebates. Please bring your health fund card so we can process on-the-spot claims where available, or check with your provider beforehand.

Is massage suitable during pregnancy or if I have an injury?

Yes, we offer pregnancy-safe massage techniques, and our therapists tailor each treatment to your needs. Please let us know about any injuries, pain, pregnancy, or medical conditions when booking or at the start of your session so we can adjust the treatment accordingly.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This was one of the best massages I have ever had! Wendy was amazing she is very good at her job, understands how to clear out the tension in a very calm and relaxing way without making it feel painful. I feel so great after a long drive from Melbourne and a full body massage. Thank you ☺️ Highly recommend, will be back for sure!

Had the 70mins reflexology massage, plus the foot massage and detox, and it was honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had! The service was amazing from start to finish. My therapist, Nana was incredible. She was so accommodating to what my body needed, and her hands were magic! I left feeling so relaxed, and my body felt so much lighter afterwards. All of the staff were so lovely and friendly too, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

She did an amazing job with perfect massage pressure and covered all the sore areas. I will definitely come back here regularly. Hard to find a good experienced masseuse for postnatal massages in the area.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve been going to To Lee Massage & Acupuncture at Ed Square for about a year now and always had good experiences. I had a session with Kitty, the new Thai masseuse, and she is amazing! Her techniques really helped with the tightness in my back, and overall it was such a relaxing and effective session. Highly recommend her.
