Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to book an appointment in advance?

We recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time and therapist, especially on weekends and evenings. You’re welcome to call your local Lee Massage & Acupuncture clinic or book online any time.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Loose, comfortable clothing is best. For remedial or deep tissue massage, you may be asked to undress to your comfort level; you’ll always be professionally draped and your privacy respected throughout the treatment.

How early should I arrive before my session?

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time to complete a brief health form (for new clients) and settle in, so your full treatment time can be spent on your massage.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, so we can offer the time to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee – please contact your clinic directly for details.

Do you accept health fund rebates?

Many of our remedial massage and acupuncture services are eligible for private health insurance rebates. Please bring your health fund card so we can process on-the-spot claims where available, or check with your provider beforehand.

Is massage suitable during pregnancy or if I have an injury?

Yes, we offer pregnancy-safe massage techniques, and our therapists tailor each treatment to your needs. Please let us know about any injuries, pain, pregnancy, or medical conditions when booking or at the start of your session so we can adjust the treatment accordingly.

Love this place, husband and I both go at the same time. Beautiful spa like rooms, highly professional and pricing is excellent. We go every month as a treat to ourselves. Young is amazing!

5/5 Stars – Absolutely Lifesaver!
I walked in feeling super tense and just needed a quick shoulder massage to work out the knots. The therapist YOUNG at the ECQ outlet was incredible—extremely professional, attentive, and skilled. He targeted the exact spots causing me trouble and relieved all that built-up tension in no time.
Top-notch service and a great overall vibe. I’m already planning to make this a weekly routine. Highly recommended .

+1
Did a remedial massage together with my daughter today. They have drawers/compartment under the bed where you can put your belongings. Soft music. Soothing aroma. JOE did an amazing job today. I walked in with a sore back due to heavy workload at work but leave feeling relived after the session. GRACE went above and beyond making my daughter feel at ease when having sniffles. Receptionist offered a cup of water after session. Highly recommend. Will definitely come again.
