Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to book an appointment in advance?

We recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time and therapist, especially on weekends and evenings. You’re welcome to call your local Lee Massage & Acupuncture clinic or book online any time.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Loose, comfortable clothing is best. For remedial or deep tissue massage, you may be asked to undress to your comfort level; you’ll always be professionally draped and your privacy respected throughout the treatment.

How early should I arrive before my session?

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time to complete a brief health form (for new clients) and settle in, so your full treatment time can be spent on your massage.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, so we can offer the time to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee – please contact your clinic directly for details.

Do you accept health fund rebates?

Many of our remedial massage and acupuncture services are eligible for private health insurance rebates. Please bring your health fund card so we can process on-the-spot claims where available, or check with your provider beforehand.

Is massage suitable during pregnancy or if I have an injury?

Yes, we offer pregnancy-safe massage techniques, and our therapists tailor each treatment to your needs. Please let us know about any injuries, pain, pregnancy, or medical conditions when booking or at the start of your session so we can adjust the treatment accordingly.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I went for a 1 hour remedial massage neck, shoulders and back yesterday. It was the best remedial massage I have had in my life! I have been having horrible neck pain that has been causing me not to sleep well. I had the best sleep last night that I've had in months.
Highly recommend them.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had an amazing remedial massage where they didn't hold back. Was great for easing the pain from EDS, went in being barley able to think straight because of discomfort and tightness then came out so loosely goosey I could barley walk.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Oh WoW I never experienced anything like this before in my lifetime. Jun as my massager was really different, exceptionally good. He uses old Chinese techniques with his massages.
I never had Hot Rocks method done onto my back, ever before. All very relaxing and I got spoiled with massage foot treatment as well.
I highly recommend this Lee Massage Business.
His receptionist Lee was very friendly & helpful!

Absolutely the best masseur in the area and possibly in the state! My elder practitioner was a master and he knew my body from an energetic perspective and my healing was improved. Certainly the catalyst I needed and I will continue to come back. Now… do you all flood there, because then there won’t be appointments left for me! 😂 Share the wealth! There’s enough for us all!
