Do I need to book an appointment in advance?

We recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time and therapist, especially on weekends and evenings. You’re welcome to call your local Lee Massage & Acupuncture clinic or book online any time.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Loose, comfortable clothing is best. For remedial or deep tissue massage, you may be asked to undress to your comfort level; you’ll always be professionally draped and your privacy respected throughout the treatment.

How early should I arrive before my session?

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time to complete a brief health form (for new clients) and settle in, so your full treatment time can be spent on your massage.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, so we can offer the time to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee – please contact your clinic directly for details.

Do you accept health fund rebates?

Many of our remedial massage and acupuncture services are eligible for private health insurance rebates. Please bring your health fund card so we can process on-the-spot claims where available, or check with your provider beforehand.

Is massage suitable during pregnancy or if I have an injury?

I have been coming here for a few years now. I have always had a pleasant experience  with Cindy on reception and the girls. I always get a full body remedial massage  I had an amazing experience today with Sarah. I like a nice hard massage, one that I walk away feeling ive had been massaged. I didn't realise how sore I really am until she started. In the cooler weather they put a heater on for me, I really appreciate. I love you guys and will continue to come. Booked a 1-hour acupuncture and massage session for my mother today, and everything was smooth sailing from start to finish. From the receptionist Cindy to the acupuncture therapist Tanya, to massage therapist Sara everyone was kind, professional, and welcoming throughout the visit. The therapist demonstrated an impressive level of knowledge, particularly when addressing Mum's sciatica and tennis elbow. They were attentive and thorough, always checking in to ensure she was comfortable and confirming the affected areas before inserting any needles. What really stood out was the therapist's ability to identify underlying issues, including Mum's uneven posture, misaligned pelvis, and the positioning of her foot. They took the time to focus on these areas and work towards correcting them during the session. Sara has been my massage therapist and with her technique, my shoulder and neck has been eased from paid.  She also did feet reflex and her skill were amazing.  I am not getting addicted as yet but it does helps alleviate my discomfort from pain.
