Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to book an appointment in advance?

We recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time and therapist, especially on weekends and evenings. You’re welcome to call your local Lee Massage & Acupuncture clinic or book online any time.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Loose, comfortable clothing is best. For remedial or deep tissue massage, you may be asked to undress to your comfort level; you’ll always be professionally draped and your privacy respected throughout the treatment.

How early should I arrive before my session?

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time to complete a brief health form (for new clients) and settle in, so your full treatment time can be spent on your massage.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, so we can offer the time to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee – please contact your clinic directly for details.

Do you accept health fund rebates?

Many of our remedial massage and acupuncture services are eligible for private health insurance rebates. Please bring your health fund card so we can process on-the-spot claims where available, or check with your provider beforehand.

Is massage suitable during pregnancy or if I have an injury?

Yes, we offer pregnancy-safe massage techniques, and our therapists tailor each treatment to your needs. Please let us know about any injuries, pain, pregnancy, or medical conditions when booking or at the start of your session so we can adjust the treatment accordingly.

5 Stars – Absolutely Amazing Experience at Lee Massage! I had an incredible experience at Lee Massage and can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The atmosphere was clean, calming, and professionally maintained, which immediately set the tone for a relaxing session. My massage therapist was not only skilled but also attentive to my specific needs and pressure preferences. They really took the time to focus on problem areas and used techniques that left me feeling refreshed, loose, and completely stress-free. It’s clear they’re highly trained and passionate about what they do. What really stood out was the attention to detail—warm towels, soothing music, and a peaceful environment that made it easy to fully unwind. Whether you’re dealing with muscle tension, stress, or just need some time to recharge, Lee Massage is the perfect place. I’ll definitely be back—and bringing friends with me! If you're looking for a top-notch massage experience, Lee Massage is a hidden gem you won’t want to miss.

Just had an amazing massage experience here! The therapist was super professional—they knew exactly how to ease the tension in my shoulders and back. The room was clean, quiet, and had a calming vibe with soft music, which made me relax right away. The pressure was perfect, not too light or too strong, and I left feeling totally refreshed. Will definitely come back next time I need to unwind!

Had a remedial massage for pain in my shoulder blades and neck. Massage was amazing! Really appreciated the strong pressure and found all my knots without having to say where they were. Highly recommend. Lovely rooms and very experienced. Will definitely be back :)
